Served by Aiman, Sabrina and Helmi. Very helpful on the menu recommendations. Friendly staff.. delicious menu (the hot choc is the best in town). Seating and atmosphere are also good if you want to settle some office work remotely or just to kill the time. The music just nice. Overall.. the number one place to go if you want to settle jobs without disturbance.

I went to Coffee Bean KTCC this evening and while I was thinking to order. Cafe Supervisor Asyraf approached me and suggested me to try Chicken Pesto Pasta and Watermelon Lychee Tea. Tbh, I’m super pretty satisfied with his customer service and of course the food and drink I have were amazing. Those really suits my taste. Kudos Coffee Bean Terengganu for having a great supervisor like him at your cafe. Will come visit more often

24/10/2024.I came at 9pm. The place was super clean & nice ambiance. Staffs were very friendly. I ordered latte.Delicious 10/10. I'm truly satisfied. Will come again. Keep up the good work.

Good and fast service from the staff, the barista with nametag ‘Asyraf’ always provided me and my friends the best service ever. So far this cafe is the most comfortable place to hang out with friends and family in KTCC Mall. The ambiance in the cafe is also the best.

I would like to give special appreciation to one of the staff, Asyraff (or Ralph, as shown on his name tag). I am from KL, and every time I requested a personalized Matcha Hazelnut Ice Blended, I was always turned down by CBTL outlets in KL, being told that it was a discontinued product and not doable. To my surprise, Asyraff was so friendly, attentive, and welcoming — and he said “Yes, by all means, the Matcha Hazelnut Ice Blended is still doable.” Not only did he accommodate my request, but he also made it the best version I have ever had at Coffee Bean across Malaysia! Thank you, Kudos to Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf KTCC Mall, Kuala Terengganu for having such a dedicated and customer-focused staff. This small gesture made my visit so memorable, and I will definitely be coming back.

My go to coffee spot in KTCC I’ve been visiting this place regularly and it’s quickly become one of my favourite spots in KTCC.. The service is consistently good and friendly staff.. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxed, perfect for catching up with friends, reading, or even getting some work done.. Food wise, I’ve tried a few things from their menu. The bagel is always stood out, really fresh and flavorful, definitely my usual order in CBTL.. The coffee is also solid, smooth and well balanced, just the kind you need to kick start your day.. my most fav drinks are Dry Americano (caramel + vanilla/hazelnut) and pure double chocolate iced blended.. I gave their pizza and scone a try too, while they weren’t amazing, they were still enjoyable and satisfying.. The only thing that didn’t quite do it for me was the cake.. It looked nice but didn’t deliver on taste.. Not terrible, but not something I’d go back for..
